Job Title: Female Youth Programme Lead

Coram's Fields is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Youth Programme Lead to oversee our targeted work with girls and young women aged 9 to 19 years old across the Youth Programme.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. To develop and deliver a targeted programme for girls and young women that includes single gender sessions and one-to-one casework.
  2. To work closely with the Youth Programme Manager and Senior youth worker to deliver our open access Youth Programme, with an emphasis on making those sessions more accessible to girls and young women, providing additional support to individuals where necessary.
  3. To work collaboratively with services across the organisation to promote the inclusion of girls and young women, identify individuals that would benefit from targeted support and to develop cross service projects that support the needs of girls and young women.
  4. To promote the programme to referral partners and to reach out to marginalised groups of girls and young women.
