About the Role:

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Talent and Recruitment Officer to join their Talent team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for all campaigns across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with internal managers to ensure all recruitment follows the organization's recruitment policy.
  • Promoting the Organization: Organize and attend job fairs, recruitment events, and other activities to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Writing Engaging Campaigns: Create inspiring and engaging job adverts for the organization's website and third-party job boards.

Requirements:

  • Experience of facilitating and delivering recruitment campaigns.
  • Experience of using various job boards and social media platforms to promote vacancies.
  • An excellent communicator with an emphasis on building rapport with internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write engaging job adverts and social media promotions.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office 365.
  • Access to your own vehicle and ability to travel to the organization's offices when required.
