This position allows for a hybrid working model, combining both in-office and remote work.

Additionally, we offer a £1,200 signing bonus.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions. We provide high-quality clinical supervision and training opportunities with accredited professionals. Regular masterclasses are available to enhance your skills and support your professional growth, along with access to additional training in various modalities.

Beyond talking therapies, our service includes healthy lifestyle initiatives such as smoking cessation programs, health assessments, and exercise referrals, as well as support for individuals with long-term health conditions.

We are committed to your professional development, offering training in specialized areas such as supervision and cultural diversity. You will collaborate with your supervisor and line manager to establish development and continuing professional development (CPD) plans to support your career progression.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A Counselling Qualification is essential, along with completion of the Counselling for Depression IAPT Training course and BACP accreditation.

We seek candidates with extensive experience in Mental Health who can foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients and effective working relationships with colleagues.
