About the Role

Sytner Group is seeking a highly motivated and driven Customer Retention Specialist to join our sales team at Mercedes-Benz of Bristol.

This role involves selecting potential loyalty opportunities, calling customers, booking appointments, meeting and dealing with customers face-to-face, referring customers to the sales and management team, and logging results.

About You

We are looking for an organized, determined individual with exceptional interpersonal skills.

You will need to have high standards, great initiative, and the ability to work in a logical and cost-effective manner.

You will be responsible for bringing new and innovative ideas into the department and driving performance while challenging the status quo.
