About the role
Sytner Group is seeking a driven and passionate Customer Retention Specialist to join our sales team at Mercedes-Benz of Bristol.
As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for selecting potential loyalty opportunities, calling customers, booking appointments, meeting and dealing with customers face to face, referring customers to the sales and management team, and logging your results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue potential loyalty opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Meet and exceed sales targets
* Collaborate with the sales and management team to drive sales performance
About You:
We are looking for an organised, determined individual with fantastic interpersonal skills.
You will need exceptionally high standards, great initiative, and the ability to work in a logical and cost-effective manner. You will be able to bring new and innovative ideas into the department and will continue to drive performance, whilst challenging the status quo.
