We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our Digital function and play a key role in driving business growth through effective customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to drive sales growth and customer retention

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute digital engagement campaigns

• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions

Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM management and digital engagement

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
