Head Of Relationships Manager

Mandeville is seeking a highly skilled Head Of Relationships Manager to join their team. As a key member of the business development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen client relationships, identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and drive revenue growth.

The Role:

  • Work closely with lawyers to develop and implement client relationship strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and execute plans to generate additional revenue from existing client relationships, including cross-selling and upselling.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to provide coaching, guidance, and support to lawyers on their business plans.
  • Track and report on team interactions, client and partner interactions, and revenue performance.
  • Develop and implement creative ideas to increase client referrals across the team.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong legal expertise, with a background as a practicing lawyer or experience in the legal industry.
  • Demonstrated business development acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within a legal environment.
  • Strategic planning skills, with the ability to create and execute relationship management strategies aligned with broader firm objectives.
