Head Of Relationships Manager

Mandeville is seeking a highly skilled Head Of Relationships Manager to join their team. As a key member of the business development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement relationship management strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with lawyers to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the legal industry.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to conduct coaching sessions with lawyers to provide feedback, guidance, and support on their business plans.
  • Track and report on team interactions, client and partner interactions, and revenue performance.
  • Develop and implement creative ideas to increase client referrals across the team.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong knowledge of legal services and a background as a practicing lawyer or experience in the legal industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within a legal environment.
  • Ability to create and execute relationship management strategies that are aligned with broader firm objectives.
