Job Title: Lettings Manager

Company Overview: The Recruitment Experts is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the property industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Lettings Manager to join our team in Solihull.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our Lettings team in Solihull. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new business, conducting property valuations, managing Lettings teams, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating our customer relationship management (CRM) system and providing regular branch performance reports to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new business and leads through effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Conduct thorough property valuations to ensure accurate pricing and maximum returns
  • Lead and manage Lettings teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain and update CRM system to ensure accurate customer data and sales tracking
  • Provide regular branch performance reports to management to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license and personal vehicle
  • Proficiency in technology, including CRM systems and property management software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Results-driven and target-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
