Key Responsibilities

  • Advising prospective landlords on lettings.
  • Overseeing a portfolio of properties, addressing maintenance concerns, conducting inspections, and responding to tenant inquiries.
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and best practices in property management and lettings.
  • Facilitating property viewings and negotiating terms between landlords and tenants to finalize lettings.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Meeting established targets and contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrated experience in Residential Lettings.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the property market and current regulations.

  • Possession of a valid UK driving license.
