Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to prospective tenants.
  • Rental Negotiations: Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated with local rental market trends and provide insights to clients.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle all necessary paperwork and administrative duties related to property lettings.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a lettings role, preferably within the property industry.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Organisational Skills: Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage.
  • Transportation: A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
