OTE: £32,000+

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lettings Negotiator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties available for let, conducting property viewings, and negotiating and finalizing tenancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Manage a manageable portfolio of properties available for let, ensuring timely and efficient processing of lettings.
  • Viewing and Negotiation: Conduct property viewings, provisionally vet prospective tenants, and effectively negotiate and finalize tenancies.
  • Communication and Feedback: Provide regular contact and feedback to landlords and applicants, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year of experience in lettings is required.
  • Licence/Certification: A valid driving license is required.
