Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)

OTE: £36,000 (uncapped)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Win new business and generate revenue
  • Conduct property valuations and appraisals
  • Manage and lead a team of lettings professionals
  • Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management
  • Update and maintain our CRM system
  • Provide regular updates to management on branch performance
