Position: Marine Sales Consultant

Location: Hybrid role with travel involved

Compensation: £30,000 base salary, with an O.T.E of £51,000 in the first year, plus travel allowances and exceptional benefits.

Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in high-value products or services? The marine sales sector is thriving, and our client, a prominent national boat brokerage and marina operator, is looking to expand their sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries for buying and selling boats, overseeing the sales process from initial valuation to final transaction.
  • Actively seek out boats for sale, leveraging both internal and external networks across various regions.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential buyers and sellers, positioning yourself as the leading boat sales consultant in your area.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, administrative, and marina operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage your own schedule, working any five days from seven to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Base your operations from the sales office while engaging with clients and conducting business development activities on the road.
