Salary £60,000 per annum circa dependant on experience

As a Senior Project Engineer at Premier Foods, you will oversee a variety of capital infrastructure initiatives, ensuring adherence to the highest engineering and professional standards.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing projects from inception to completion.

You should be driven to execute projects according to specifications, within established timelines and budget constraints.

Key Qualifications...

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Up to 5 years of experience in the Food & FMCG sector
  • Significant experience in managing capital projects with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with applicable regulations (e.g., IEE 17th Edition, DSEAR, etc.)
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering engineering capital projects in the FMCG sector, with a focus on specification, planning, implementation, and validation.
  • Proficient in MS Project
  • Experience in indirectly managing cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of modern manufacturing practices
  • Understanding of food processing and related equipment
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to achieve results on time and within budget in a high-pressure environment
  • Proactive approach to understanding customer needs
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and resourceful
