Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Site Agent in the timely delivery of projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to provide solutions to technical challenges and ensure that designs are integrated and produced on time.
  • Manage designs from in-house and external designers, ensuring that they meet the company's standards and regulations.
  • Support the project team with construction methodology and sequencing, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the project team on resource, plant, and material requirements, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to complete projects on time.
  • Train and mentor junior members of the engineering team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Demonstrate value engineering throughout the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standard and within budget.
  • Manage RFI's and Technical Queries, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
