Senior Site Agent Job Description

Our client, a leading civil engineering company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Agent to join their team in the Southeastern Region, covering Kent and East Sussex.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in delivering civil engineering projects, with a strong background in leading site teams and ensuring the successful and timely delivery of projects.

The role will involve assisting the Site Agent with the production and integration of 3-week programmes, managing designs from in-house and external designers, and supporting the project team with construction methodology and sequencing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to train and mentor junior members of the engineering team.

The company offers a competitive basic salary, company car or car allowance, company pension scheme, private healthcare, and 25 days holiday as standard, including all Bank Holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage RFI's and Technical Queries
