Our client, a leading civil engineering company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Agent to join their team in Kent and East Sussex. As a Senior Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of civil engineering projects in the Southeastern Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Site Agent in the delivery of projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Advise the engineering team on technical challenges and provide solutions.
  • Manage designs from in-house and external designers, ensuring they meet project requirements.
  • Support the project team with construction methodology and sequencing.
  • Collaborate with the project team on resource, plant, and material requirements.
  • Train and mentor junior members of the engineering team.
  • Demonstrate value engineering throughout the construction process.
  • Manage RFI's and Technical Queries.
Requirements:
  • Experience in delivering civil engineering projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the project team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
