Project Manager for Civil Engineering

Established in Kent and East Sussex, Fawkes and Reece is a leading civil engineering company with a diverse portfolio of projects.

The successful candidate will have experience of delivering civil engineering projects and will be responsible for assisting the Site Agent with the successful and timely delivery of the projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction methodology and sequencing, as well as experience in managing designs from in-house and external designers.

Key responsibilities include advising the engineering team on solutions to technical challenges, managing resource, plant and material requirements, and collaborating with the project team on training and mentoring junior members of the engineering team.

A competitive basic salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is offered, along with a company pension scheme, 25 days holiday as standard to include all Bank Holidays, and opportunities for training and progression.

Fawkes and Reece offers a secure and rewarding work environment, with a variety of projects available in the South East Coast region.

The company has a strong commitment to value engineering throughout the construction process and encourages staff to demonstrate their skills and knowledge in this area.

Sub Agent duties also include managing RFI's and Technical Queries, and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with the project team.
