Job Title: Senior Site Agent

Job Summary:

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Agent to join their team in the Southeastern Region. As a Senior Site Agent, you will be responsible for assisting the Site Agent with the successful and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising the engineering team on technical challenges and solutions
  • Assisting in the production and integration of 3-week programmes
  • Managing designs from in-house and external designers
  • Supporting the project team with construction methodology and sequencing
  • Collaborating with the project team on resource, plant, and material requirements
  • Training and mentoring junior members of the engineering team
  • Demonstrating value engineering throughout the construction process
  • Managing RFIs and Technical Queries
