As a Senior Project Engineer at Premier Foods, you will oversee a variety of capital infrastructure initiatives, ensuring adherence to the highest engineering and professional benchmarks.

Your responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive management of projects from inception to completion.

You should be driven to execute projects according to specifications, within designated timelines and budget constraints.

Key Qualifications...

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Up to 5 years of experience in the Food & FMCG sector
  • Proven expertise in managing capital projects with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with applicable regulations (e.g., IEE 17th Edition, DSEAR, etc.)
  • A track record of successfully delivering engineering capital projects in the FMCG sector, emphasizing specification, planning, implementation, and validation.
  • Proficient in MS Project
  • Experience in indirect management of cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of contemporary manufacturing practices
  • Understanding of food processing and related equipment
  • A collaborative mindset, capable of effective communication across all organizational levels
  • Ability to achieve results on time and within budget in a high-pressure environment
  • Proactive in understanding customer requirements and taking initiative
  • A self-motivated, enthusiastic, and resourceful individual
