About the Opportunity:

Due to successful company expansion, Cityscape is recruiting a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Reporting directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs to maximize profit and ensuring timely payment. As a key member of the team, you will develop strong relationships with clients and contribute to the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage up to 3 projects simultaneously
• Develop and implement cost management strategies to achieve maximum profit
• Ensure timely payment and delivery of projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
