About the Role:
Fawkes and Reece, a leading civil engineering company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Agent to join their team. As a Senior Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects in the Southeastern Region, covering Kent and East Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Agent in the timely delivery of projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to provide solutions to technical challenges and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage designs from in-house and external designers, ensuring that all projects meet the required standards.
- Support the project team with construction methodology and sequencing, ensuring that all projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the project team on resource, plant, and material requirements, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Train and mentor junior members of the engineering team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Demonstrate value engineering throughout the construction process, ensuring that all projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Manage RFI's and Technical Queries, ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standard.
