About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Luxury Sales Consultant at our prestigious Reading Gallery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting our current loyal client base and proactively building and nurturing new customer relationships for the gallery and the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and achieve sales targets by effectively communicating with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both in person and over the phone, to increase sales and revenue.
  • Support the gallery's current loyal client base and proactively identify new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve gallery targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
  • Participate in gallery events and exhibitions to strengthen client relationships and increase sales.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving and achieving sales targets.
  • Highly motivated and confident in your ability to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous 1-2-1 sales experience and ability to adapt to different client needs.
  • Confident and presentable, with a strong understanding of exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
