The Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our IT Team at Featurespace. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, managing and maintaining our IT services, and contributing to the development of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to IT support requests and provide timely resolutions to issues
  • Support users on Windows and MacOS, as well as common SaaS and OnPrem services such as Office 365
  • Identify opportunities to automate common IT administrative functions using different tools
  • Support remote offices and home-based users, and contribute to the maintenance of IT knowledge base documentation
  • Some occasional travel to our other office locations may be required

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for exceptional customer service, excellent knowledge of Windows 10, and the ability to support laptops, docking stations, and carry out basic repairs. You should also have a good understanding of basic ITSM processes, ITIL concepts, and scripting languages such as PowerShell. Microsoft Office 365 administration experience and knowledge of Active Directory administration are also essential.
