Service Desk Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our 1st-line Service Desk team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and assisting with user account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the roll-out of new applications and hardware across the business.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft products.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records.
