Our client, a reputable managed service provider (MSP), is seeking a skilled 2nd/3rd Line Service Desk Technician to join their dedicated team in providing support to external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support client accounts effectively.
  • Provide networking assistance and resolve general helpdesk inquiries.
  • Occasionally travel to client sites to deliver on-site support.
Required Skills:
  • Strong networking expertise, particularly with SonicWall.
  • Proficiency in LAN 3 networking switches.
  • Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows OS and Windows Server.
