Service Desk Technician

Our client, a reputable managed service provider (MSP), is seeking a skilled 2nd/3rd Line Service Desk Technician to join their dedicated team in providing support to external clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and support client accounts effectively.
- Provide networking assistance and resolve general helpdesk inquiries.
- Occasionally travel to client sites to deliver on-site support.
- Strong networking expertise, particularly with SonicWall.
- Proficiency in LAN 3 networking switches.
- Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS and Windows Server.
