Job Title: Head of Asset Management

Pharma Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) initiatives. As the Head of Asset Management, you will play a key role in shaping the future of drug research, development, and commercialization within our existing and future portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Global HEOR Vision and Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of a global HEOR vision and strategy for a key therapeutic area, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Oversight of Payer Evidence and Health Outcomes Strategies: Provide oversight of payer evidence and health outcomes strategies, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements.
  • Collaboration with Commercial and Therapeutic Area Units: Work closely with commercial and therapeutic area units to drive alignment and ensure effective execution of HEOR initiatives.
  • Delivery of Innovative Ideas and Solutions: Deliver innovative ideas, solutions, and evidence generation recommendations that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of HEOR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of HEOR initiatives.
