About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communications professional to join our team as Deputy Director of Communications. As a key member of our Communications team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our communications strategies and helping to elevate our brand awareness and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the Communications team, third-parties, and agencies to deliver high-quality communications outputs.
  • Develop and execute communications strategies to drive brand awareness and reputation.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather insights for effective campaigns and ensure seamless communication across all channels.
  • Engage with press and stakeholders to convey our narrative, values, and mission.
  • Assist in stakeholder interactions, particularly during crisis and issues management.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Oversee and evaluate communication endeavors, delivering reports and recommendations.
  • Ensure all Communications channels and areas are fully resourced and operating effectively.
  • Support the Director of Communications with press and media engagement.
