Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our thriving sales and manufacturing team based in the North of England. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the office and providing support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and maintain office systems and procedures
- Utilise various software applications, including CRM and ERP, to computerise data and improve efficiency
- Handle administrative tasks, such as phone etiquette, clerical duties, and data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage office correspondence and communications, ensuring timely and effective responses
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, and provide administrative support as required
- Conduct research and compile data as necessary to support business decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong track record of success
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in data entry and typing accurately, with a high level of attention to detail
Desired Experience
Procurement and Supply Chain Management
Knowledge of Manufacturing Compliance and ISO9001
Previous experience working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and systems
