Are you an in-house or agency recruitment professional who wants to take on a key internal Talent Acquisition Partner role whilst having the opportunity to implement improvements and build up relationships across one of our key business areas?

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Computershare Loan Services business, supporting our stakeholders and fulfilling their recruitment needs across a range of disciplines.

The team work across various locations, some live close to an office and others more remote, therefore we're happy to consider applicants who are looking for an office, hybrid or remote role depending on your location.

**A role you will love**

Computershare Loan Services is a busy but successful business and there is never a ‘quiet’ moment for talent acquisition here, but with that comes lots of opportunity, and lots of challenge, but we also have fun along the way. You will be responsible for the oversight of recruitment requirements across a range of areas, with a focus on our professional services and tech departments (there may also be opportunities to support operational recruitment if required).

Stakeholder engagement is key, and you will work closely with the business to really understand their needs and wants when it comes to recruitment. You will be commercially, as well as strategically focused in your recruitment service, and we encourage you to come up with creative solutions to ‘difficult to fill’ roles, and we want to hear your ideas and improvements around attraction strategies.

Other key accountabilities will include:

- Implement strategic improvements across our offices
- Use direct sourcing tools to attract talent, reducing our reliance on agencies, as well as reducing spend
- Keep up to date with market information which then allows you to add value to your business areas on role specific requirements
- Manage third party relationships successfully
- Keep up to date with Employment Law and adhere to recruitment process, policy and best practice

**What will you bring to the role?**

If you have internal recruitment experience, that’s a huge bonus We are also more than happy to speak to people coming from an agency that are looking to take that step into an in-house role.

**Other key skills and experience required**:

- Extensive experience working within a full 360 recruitment role
- Proven experience of using direct sourcing strategies, particularly using social media
- Experience working with Application Tracking Systems
- Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale or complex recruitment campaigns covering a range of different disciplines
