About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Integration Engineer to join our Digital Transformation Team (DTT). As a Junior Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing software systems and automations. You will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure that solutions meet requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software systems and automations to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure that solutions meet requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system integration.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
  • Investigate and fix technical problems with system integration.
  • Ensure that software integration with internal systems is seamless.
  • Assist in maintaining large data sets, improving data accuracy and data completeness.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technology and market developments connected to system integration.
  • Participate in quality control tasks such as code reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement those improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, web services, and message queues.
  • Knowledge of Objected Oriented Programming and experience working with Databases (SQL).
  • Strong programming skills in Java, C#, or Python.
  • Knowledge of agile development techniques.
  • Experience in Microsoft Power Platform, SDLC projects and C# or Python would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A capacity for both independence and teamwork.
  • Willingness to learn about and stay current on new technology.
