- Understanding of Intel/Windows Desktop Support.
- Fundamental understanding of Networks, Switches & Routers.
- Basic familiarity with Windows Server Operating Systems.
- Willingness to participate in out-of-hours call-out rotations.
- Valid UK driving license.
