About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Home Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our new homes in the London and Essex areas, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with potential customers
  • Carrying out viewings, securing reservations, and progressing sales
  • Ensuring quality standards are met, including checks on unsold houses and customer completion demonstrations
  • Selling all houses on our developments ahead of planned timescales

Requirements

  • Previous experience of selling homes or working in a relevant estate agency/sales environment
  • Experience of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction through developing great relationships
  • Ability to travel around our sites and have a driving licence and access to a vehicle
