About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Home Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our new homes in London and Essex, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with potential customers and being an expert on our developments, house types, and features.
  • Carry out viewings, secure reservations, and progress sales, working closely with customers to ensure their dream home becomes a reality.
  • Ensure quality standards are always adhered to, including checks on unsold houses and customer completion demonstrations.
  • Sell all houses on our developments ahead of planned timescales, with customers recommending us to family and friends.
