Torus Group is seeking a dedicated IT Infrastructure Analyst to play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our robust IT infrastructure.

As an integral member of the IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and technologies, providing exceptional support to colleagues across the organization.

  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality ICT services to managers, staff, and other stakeholders within a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
  • Maintain and optimize the existing technical infrastructure encompassing Torus IT systems and telephony.
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery and Infrastructure Manager in implementing best practices for requirements analysis, planning, design, deployment, and ongoing operations management.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of projects aligned with the overall IT strategy.
  • Assist in meeting reporting requirements and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support the development and implementation of data, voice, and video communication systems.
  • Maintain accurate hardware inventories and ensure regular updates.
  • Guarantee the effectiveness and robustness of security and backup systems for both data and equipment.

Your Qualifications:

  • Possess a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in delivering IT infrastructure operational services.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills within a large and complex IT environment.
  • Have a track record of transforming processes to enhance performance based on data-driven insights and strong project management abilities.
  • Showcase a collaborative approach, working effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Be proficient in the following technologies:
  • IT Infrastructure environment planning, deployment, and maintenance
  • Network Administration – Cisco Meraki and Dell
  • Virtualization Technologies – VMWare, vSAN
  • Storage Technologies – Dell SAN
  • Citrix Virtual Applications and Desktop
  • Citrix NetScaler
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Microsoft Exchange 2013
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 / 2019
  • DHCP / DNS
  • ITIL Service Delivery

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of ICT security and auditing requirements.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload effectively.
