Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator/Receptionist to join our team at Nicholas Associates. As a key member of our HGV service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and other events, ensuring that all parties are informed and prepared.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
