About the Role:

Margetts Fund Management Ltd is seeking a diligent and conscientious Dealing Administrator to work in a professional office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality work against tight timescales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and authorize investor instructions to buy, sell, and transfer shares in the Margetts funds.
  • Identify potential issues through analysis of client/agent instructions and liaise with other departments where appropriate.
  • Maintain client and adviser details.
  • Place and confirm investment trades and liaise with other departments where necessary.
  • Allocate work through categorization of scanned mail items into workflow systems.
  • Be flexible to cover other general office duties as required.

Requirements:

  • A high attention to detail and a logical approach.
  • Ability to work to tight daily deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Relevant experience within the financial services sector or similar regulatory-based roles.
  • Ability to identify and develop efficiencies.
