Job Title: Account Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Maxwell Bond. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Develop strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling with existing clients.
- Develop and Execute Sales Plans: Create and execute sales plans to hit annual revenue targets, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction.
- Build Long-Term Relationships: Foster long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth in new and existing key accounts.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in MSP or IT Industry: Proven experience managing key accounts in the MSP or IT industry.
- Proven Sales Track Record: A proven track record of developing and bringing on new business, as well as growing existing accounts at scale.
- Strong Communication Skills: Confidence in presenting to customers, internal stakeholders, and prospective clients.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Up to £55,000 + OTE (average margin is 15-18%).
- Car Allowance: £5,000.
- Hybrid Working: 3 days a week in our Manchester office.
