As their Account Director, you'll be experienced in both new business and managing existing accounts and renewals, building brand confidence, driving sales, identify new opportunities, and support general growth in a range of areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and chase new business opportunities as well as cross selling / upselling with existing clients.
  • Develop strategies and execute sales plans, hitting annual revenue targets
  • Build long lasting relationships to drive growth in new and existing key accounts
  • Work closely with key stakeholders internally and externally to drive customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience managing key accounts in MSP or IT industries.
  • Proven ability to develop and bring on new business as well as growing existing accounts at scale.
  • Confidence in presenting to customers, internal stakeholders and prospective clients
