Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage a high volume of incoming communications from our valued customers. This includes:

  • Processing sales orders received through various channels.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry into our computer systems.
  • Coordinating with our logistics and warehouse teams to provide timely delivery updates.

The ideal applicant will possess strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook. You should be:

  • Numerate and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive with a friendly and professional telephone demeanor.
  • Able to adapt quickly to new systems and workflows.

  • A proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position with a fixed term contract. The working hours are:

  • 40 hours per week, spread over five days.
  • Typical hours are from 0730 to 1600, Monday to Friday, and 0730 to 1430 on Saturdays.
