Key Responsibilities:

- Designing a diverse array of truss structures with varying complexities
- Collaborating with clients and team members to deliver effective solutions
- Familiarizing yourself with company protocols and procedures through a supportive mentorship program
- Engaging with clients, utilizing your communication skills to maintain professional relationships
- Visiting project sites to apply your expertise in real-world scenarios

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in truss engineering, enabling you to create complex and tailored designs under challenging deadlines
- A strong passion for design and a commitment to pushing creative boundaries
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing project requirements
- A proactive attitude towards personal and professional development
- Familiarity with metal web joists is advantageous, though not mandatory
- A meticulous eye for detail
- Strong numerical skills to relate designs to commercial viability
