Crystal&Co is a dynamic and established organization seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's marketing strategy and branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels to drive sales and growth.
  • Manage the company's website, social media presence, and content creation to effectively engage with customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to produce targeted marketing materials, including email campaigns and print advertisements.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute internal marketing initiatives, including events and promotions.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing design and communications, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with website design and development, including content management systems.
  • Good Microsoft Office package knowledge, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Additional Information

  • Romanian language proficiency is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
