This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, and it is classified at level 6 on our Salary & Career Progression Framework.

  • Lead and manage the project team with authority from the Programme Manager or Sponsor on a daily basis, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between the project and functional business areas to achieve overall project objectives.
  • Encourage effective communication and motivation across functional business areas to drive transformation.
  • Efficiently coordinate the project and its interdependencies within the overall Programme or as an individual small project, addressing any risks and issues with the support of the Programme Management Office.
  • Ensure that all activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the contract lifecycle specific to the accountable project.
  • Manage and produce required deliverables, proactively tracking progress, resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions to ensure quality and schedule adherence within budget.
  • Strategize, design, and monitor the project, creating necessary project plans as required.
  • Identify and secure essential support and guidance for project management, planning, and control.
