Role Overview:
As a Training Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing team performance and overall team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate team training sessions, utilizing both manufacturer resources and internal programs.
2. Process sales orders from clients, both face-to-face and via telephone.
3. Collaborate with brand partners to ensure compliance with all standards, including accessory guidelines.
4. Oversee inventory levels and manage the re-ordering process for critical items.

Essential Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge or understanding of vehicles and their components.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Capability to learn and effectively use specialized computer systems.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am - 12:30pm
