Job Overview
The Birches is a residential facility that provides essential support for individuals with mental health challenges. Our dedicated team is committed to enhancing the well-being of those we serve, ensuring they lead fulfilling and independent lives in a secure and nurturing environment.
We offer assistance to individuals with various needs, including:
- Mild to moderate behavioral challenges
- Acquired brain injuries (ABI)
- Historical substance misuse issues
- Mild to moderate learning disabilities
Role Responsibilities
As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing both personal care and engaging in activities that promote well-being. Your energy, strong communication skills, and organizational abilities will be essential in this role.
While prior experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We value a willingness to learn and a genuine compassion for those we support.
