We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Business Analyst to join our global client, where you'll play a key role in supporting the execution of business strategies across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, push notifications, and SMS. You will also provide analysis and insights to enhance customer targeting strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute multi-channel campaign selections, including direct mail, email, push notifications, and SMS, in line with customer and marketing strategies.
  2. Design and manage customer journeys across various channels using our CRM platform.
  3. Ensure the accurate setup of promotional offer codes before they reach customers.
  4. Maintain and improve data integrations between marketing automation tools.
  5. Deliver timely and precise analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of business campaigns across all direct customer communication channels.
  6. Identify opportunities to enhance customer targeting through data-driven insights.
  7. Work closely with marketing teams to improve customer experience and boost customer lifetime value.
  8. Effectively manage your workload to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  1. Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms - experience with Adobe Campaign is preferred.
  2. Strong SQL skills and experience managing a marketing database.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Strong numerical abilities and a solid understanding of data.
  5. A proactive and innovative approach to solving business challenges.
  6. Confident in making commercial recommendations based on insights.
  7. High attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately under time constraints.
  8. Well-organized with excellent time management skills.
  9. Enthusiastic problem solver with strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate ideas clearly in both verbal and written formats.
  10. A good team player with commercial awareness.
