Your Role
We are looking for five committed individuals to fill the position of SEND Fleet Drivers within our Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) Service. If you are passionate about supporting the SEND community, this opportunity is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe transportation of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to and from school during term-time.
- Fulfill the Local Authority's statutory duties responsibly.
- Operate our state-of-the-art Mobiloo, an accessible toilet and changing facility available for community events.
- Be prepared for some evening and weekend work, with a flexible schedule based on transportation needs and Mobiloo bookings.

Qualifications
While prior knowledge of SEND is not mandatory, a willingness to learn is essential. We will provide comprehensive training to equip you for success in this role. Candidates should possess:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
- A friendly demeanor and a genuine interest in interacting with children, young people, and adults.
