Job Title: Social Media and Content Manager

We are seeking an experienced Social Media and Content Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media and content strategy to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and create high-quality content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute content calendars for organic and paid social channels.
  • Line manage a Customer Engagement Executive to grow our Facebook community and social engagement.
  • Line manage a Video Producer to deliver content for organic and paid social channels.
  • Plan and execute content calendars for email campaigns.
  • Input into and own the delivery of paid social ad creative production cycles.
  • Brief and work with our in-house Videographer to ensure all content is produced to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with our marketing, ecom, and sales teams to ensure the needs of the wider business are incorporated into the content calendar.
  • Report on all KPIs related to organic social and content, including follower growth, engagement rates, and content performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a key social media role for a similar brand.
  • Obsessive social media user, up to date with platforms and trends.
  • Able to clearly articulate complex topics in digital content, such as nutrition and health issues.
  • Competent with graphic design and editing tools, such as Figma and Capcut.
  • Willingness to be camera-facing on social media channels is a plus.
  • Experience in a consumer products business, either food or wellness.
  • A genuine interest in our brand and product - if you don't love it, you can't sell it.
