Freja is a rapidly growing challenger brand in the health and wellness industry, seeking a skilled Digital Creative to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-impact visual content across various digital platforms.

We're a small, agile team that values creativity, entrepreneurship, and commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to take ownership of their role, and manage upwards to drive results.

The Role & Responsibilities -

We're looking for a talented Digital Creative to join our team, responsible for:

  • Designing engaging organic social media posts
  • Creating static ads for paid social media campaigns
  • Developing video thumbnails and banners for Shopify, Klaviyo, and Amazon
  • Building high-impact presentations and print ads

You will be responsible for following our brand guidelines and evolving them as the business grows. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be crucial in managing multiple projects and producing high-quality content.

Key Skills & Experience -

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a digital designer
  • Advanced skills in Figma and Photoshop
  • Motion graphics and video editing skills are desirable
  • Ideal experience working in-house at a consumer brand or at a high-volume design agency
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing platforms and online platforms
  • Highly organized and efficient in managing multiple projects
  • A willingness to grow with the company
